Thanks for the feedback, so how we get an idea of things coming in place. I already received messages from other teams last week, so it's nice to get an idea of the status.

Regarding the size issue it's a bit surprising as we used the same supplier for the consecutive 3 years but maybe their "lead designer" (I have no idea what's the real name for that) has changed?

I personally fit into a M or a L, XXXL being for people much bigger than me (and I know some ;-) ). I'm only 1.74m. I'll try to see if I have some from last year left and compare to avoid the same problem in 2014.
