        The process of shipment tracking is rather complicated this year
        as we used a combination of different couriers in order to save
        cost. That means it involved more than one system / website to
        track the parcel depending on the countries. <br>
        <br>
        I would suggest let&#39;s be patient and wait until 10 September if
        any team still haven&#39;t received their team packs on 10
        September, please drop me an email at
