On a serious note it could be that your iron is not hot enough or you don't iron the logo long enough.
I think the difference is that the transfers came in the package to us, and they where too tightly pressed in the package (ours were, three of the images were actually a bit damaged), so transfering them got harder. I can, of course, be totally wrong. -- Marcos Marado
