Dear Kevin,

I checked some packages' status, most teams from the US should receive the packages already. However it is indicated that your package was held in custom in early September (while other US teams don't have this problem, maybe it's city specific?).

I already sent you another email for the tracking number and details status. Hopefully the team pack can arrive on time for your event however on the bright side, since the goodies are not year specific you can always use them later in the year or for SFD 2013 if you get them late.
