[SFD-discuss] CD arrived - need to pay excise duty- confused

Hi all, Did any group in India received the package yet ? Yesterday the courier guy called and told me that package has arrived but need to pay around Rs.850/- also as excise/Customs duty !! Did any one in India recieved such message courier service provider, I am bit confused. Last year I received the package with out any issues like this.
