Do you know if this is related to the SFD pack?

The process of shipment tracking is rather complicated this year as we used a combination of different couriers in order to save cost. That means it involved more than one system / website to track the parcel depending on the countries.

I would suggest let's be patient and wait until 10 September if any team still haven't received their team packs on 10 September, please drop me an email at pockey(at)softwarefreedomday(dot)org , I will be happy to provide help accordingly. I hope you understand.
