Let me just update my experience. I'm no expect on T-shirt sizes but the M and L are what I'd expect from and M and L. But they aren't as nice as the 2011 ones (the dark brown ones), both in material and fitting. However the 2011 were very nice so it is not so surprising. The XXXL one is a lighter shade than the other two and a different material that is stretchy which looks like it would cover a range of large sizes greater than the L. The task of hitting all sizes with 3 T-shirts is impossible and I think you've got the best mix.
