How about some shoulder surfing videos?... you go to youtube, trying
to run that other format is problematical, and at youtube you watch
people's screens as they do various things with a GNU/Linux setup.

b) Grandparents
How about instructive information for grandparents?... who may not
have yet developed good coordination even moving a cursor around or
need a reminder how to turn on the machine.

This really is a task for a ongoing community of support. My advise is to join some of them. They are all over the internet. I suggest you to check them out be a part of it and suggest your ideas.

For video tutorials a great site is showmedo.com for ITcentric video tutorials. Check them out and join their community. Is smart to avoid duplication of efforts. Someone somewhere already did this.
