Hey!

Thank you Sandaruwan and Ruwan! We have all the templates for city/team
creation already done, but I believe the wiki frontpage could be done.
"someone" added తెలుగు ల on the FrontPage which leads to an empty page.
I am not sure whether this is the correct translation or not. Either way
it should either be someone translated or else removed. The FrontPage is
only editable by the moderator group so let me know if you want to be
part of it, any other page should be fine for an edit (or creation).
