I'm not sure if this answers or helps, but in the past our (Portuguese) team had its page in both Portuguese and English. We did that with "an hack": http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/2012/Portugal/Lisbon/ANSOL is in Portuguese, but its first line says, in English: "This page is in Portuguese. Find the English version here. Oh, and don't forget to edit both if you change something on this page!" linking to http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/2012/Portugal/Lisbon/ANSOL/EN , in English, that has the first line in Portuguese saying basicly the same, and pointing to http://wiki.softwarefreedomday.org/2012/Portugal/Lisbon/ANSOL . Far from perfect, this have worked fairly well for us in the past. -- Marcos Marado
