If we accept that schools are one of the key mechanisms for change in society, then the idea of  helping schools to think about the opportunities that FOSS can offer is a worthy pursuit.

If you are looking for an activity for your team on the day then possibly doing something in the education arena might be a go

• make a movie or some sort of presentation and publish it
  
• collate resources (we have started something on the SFD website that you could contribute to)
  
• invite teachers from local schools to your event
• ?
