We supplied your full first name and family name to the shipping company, I am not sure why this has been amended. We have no way to get in touch with them or get the tracking numbers. Considering there is over a month until SFD I would recommend to be patient and wait for their local office to get in touch with you.

There is unfortunately not much else we can do. Sorry for the inconvenience.
