Hi there, I've been playing with this patch for enough time to start to like its effects. It changes the old 'force_visited_color' dillorc option with 'contrast_visited_color' (featuring a new algorithm). This allows Dillo to choose the visited link color, in such a way that it makes good contrast with the rest of the page. Please update your dillorc with the new option, test it, and say how it works for you. A suggestion: http://www.paulgraham.com (any link). -- Cheers Jorge.-

Is it just me or can anybody else get the image and the links to show on this site....using Dillo?? All I get is: "In stores now: Hackers & Painters. New: Great Hackers (Audio) | The Python Paradox. " Nothing else. -- Pete http://milneweb.com http://nomorevirus.com

Hi Patrick, Please be more careful the next time, I received the image five times (212KB). Don't CC'me, I read the list, and please don't post such large emails to dillo-dev. A simple URL or a direct email should be enough. Cheers Jorge.-

Don't understand this. The first was rejected by moderator as too large, and I have yet to see it. I reduced the quality/size and reposted to the LIST . I do NOT cc unless specifically requested or a 'Reply-To:' is noted. If you rec'd more than one copy ps: Please look at the header of the msg you posted which I am responding. I rec'd two copies ?? info only: Date: Mon, 16 Aug 2004 23:28:01 +0200 Message-ID: <20040816212801.3210.78486.Mailman@free.wearlab.de> Subject: Your message to Dillo-dev awaits moderator approval From: dillo-dev-admin@lists.auriga.wearlab.de To: paka@myrealbox.com Your mail to 'Dillo-dev' with the subject Re: [Dillo-dev]Re: contrast_visited_color Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval. The reason it is being held: Message body is too big: 76691 bytes but there's a limit of 40 KB Either the message will get posted to the list, or you will receive notification of the moderator's decision. -- Patrick Shanahan Registered Linux User #207535 http://wahoo.no-ip.org @ http://counter.li.org HOG # US1244711 Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/photos

It seems that some MUA answer to both the sender and the mailing list when pressing "reply". Some of them allow configuring for just answering to the mailing list. Your first mail arrived at my email address but was correctly stopped (by size) at the mailing list.

Yes, some MUA do this implicitly.
ps: Please look at the header of the msg you posted which I am responding. I rec'd two copies ??
That's what the isolated ":-)" message meant. I'm human too! Cheers Jorge.-
