I certainly am liking Dillo still but wondering if I am ever going to be able to use it on my Yahoo? I try to sign in and it tells me 'unsupported protocol'.
It sounds like Yahoo is requiring an SSL connection to log in. There are some people working on adding SSL support, and at least one set of patches to 0.7.3, though I think there are at least two approaches right now. Anyone have more detail? Kelson Vibber www.hyperborea.org

Anyone have more detail?
The most recent I recall is Indan's HTTPS patch; details are here: http://lists.auriga.wearlab.de/pipermail/dillo-dev/2003-November/001524.html The patch is against Dillo CVS from November. It's a bit old at this point, so I don't know if it will apply properly to more recent CVS revisions. Indan's patch is also integrated into my GNU Arch archive, which one can read about here: http://www-personal.engin.umich.edu/~pelzlpj/tla/README.dillo Paul
This is what Paul Pelzl had to say about the matter:
