I'd proceed in this order: 1.- Solve the OpenSSL license issue and upload rc3. 2.- To enable-ssl or not enable-ssl (define what to do). 3.- Get to the less painful package-system for the user given the current situation. (most probably distribution repositories) 4.- Future planning: how to get dillo2 into distros to enlarge its user base.
