[Dillo-dev] patch: multipart/form-data CRLF

Happened to notice in the RFC that multipart types must use CRLF between body parts. PS It was a bit annoying to figure out that http.c needed to be changed, which suggests that it would have been better for me to store the boundary string in DilloUrl somewhere after all.
