[Dillo-dev] problem with compressed or encrypted url

Hi someone please tell me what is wrong when i do dillo https://ubuntu.com/tutorials/configure-ssh-2fa#2-installing-and-configuring-... it seems to be encrypted or compressed? i can get it with curl okay and then dillo on the resulting html is good
