[Dillo-dev] Patch for correcting links on about:splash

Greetings with wishes of health and peace. Attached is a patch for correcting links on about:splash from the old server, dillo.cipsga.org.br , to the new, dillo.auriga.wearlab.de . The patched source is 0.6.6 . The edit is so minor -just URL text- that I'm submitting it without testing, because I've got to work through a long list of errors and warnings when compiling.
