[Dillo-dev] Patch: Ctrl-click opens new tab/window

Hi again, I've got another patch to make Ctrl-click open a new tab or window: http://dillo-win32.sourceforge.net/patches/38-ctrl_click.diff This is consistent with other browsers' behavior, and makes surfing on laptops considerably easier. Cheers, ~Benjamin
