These RPMs can be found at http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/jh33/ in the corresponding subdirectories.
Note, that they are untested and should be considered preliminary until we get reports from people actually using these platforms.
I can confirm that the RPM for RHEL 5 works in CentOS 5. Note that the FLTK rpm is *not* needed to run Dillo, just the Dillo rpm; it appears FLTK was statically linked in this Dillo binary. HTTPS doesn't work, of course (and, IMHO, shouldn't in pre-built binaries until Dillo confirms you really are logging in to paypal.com), and the save dialog has a bug where it forgets the filename if I choose a "favorite" directory to save to, but besides that it looks really nice. - Sam
