[Dillo-dev] Dillo screenshot (and disguised posting via NNTP test retry)

Dillo can be found in PkgSrc/www and in Pkgsrc-wip and the later one uses FLTK-1.4, so I gave that a shot first. It's a not fine tuned X11 setup in a VM.
