[Dillo-dev] another tooltip bug

With the attached page, I put the cursor on the first image and let the tooltip appear (and don't have the cursor too far over to the left of the window or screen). Then I move the cursor down into the second image and let go of the mouse. For a second, the tooltip for the second image shows up in the proper position, but then it moves to the right so that not all of it is visible.
