[Dillo-dev] [patch] check for dpip_tag == NULL in https.c

Hi, I was getting frequent https.filter.dpi with dpip_tag == NULL. Attached patch adds a check for that case. If nobody objects I'd commit this in a few days. Cheers, Johannes
