[Dillo-dev] [patch]: Ignore the "HttpOnly" cookie attribute

I submitted this before, but it vanished without comment. The Wikipedia login sets a cookie with an "HttpOnly" attribute, which Dillo rejects. This means that vanilla Dillo cannot login to Wikipedia.
