[Dillo-dev]Download with external utility?

In one of the 0.7 releases I had a patch that allowed me to right-click a link and choose to download with an external utility as specified in ~/.dillo/dillorc. It seems that the last time I tried it on a newer (0.8) release it did not "take" the patch. I can, however, still use the open in external browser option, which was part of the same patch. Should I still be able to apply the download patch to the newest versions rather easily, and if so how?
