If I have an xterm or something overlapping an image, when I move the pointer between the two, I get two enters or two leaves. A gdb backtrace on entry showed that Layout::enterNotify() first notifies the image by way of moveToWidgetAtPoint -> moveToWidget, and then comes back and notifies it "personally".
