[Dillo-dev]New developer info

Hi all. I tried Dillo and I like it very much. I'd like to help it become better, so can anyone pint me out to some thing I can start to work? It would be yet hard for me to organize and decide where and how to start. So, if anyone have some thing specific to assign, I will be glad to help.
