[Dillo-dev] client-side redirect

I went to http://home.williampoundstone.net/Keeler/ and it breaks because there's a space before the URL in <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url= Home.html" /> I can't seem to find anything that does a careful job of specifying what's legal here.
