[Dillo-dev]HTTPS

Is anybody currently actively working on HTTPS support? If not, how much work would be involved? I have some basic experience working with OpenSSL. Unfortunately, I have almost no gtk experience (I'm a Qt kind of person). I have some spare time, and would be willing to help, if I could, though I've never worked on a web browser before.
