I.e. OpenBSD certainly is not restricted to Version 2.9. Also the phrases in the parantheses mean something to BSD users :-) (essentially that dillo is part of the OS in a broader sense).
Done. (I have, of course, write access on the directory ;-)
Also, for the handhelds : NetBSD has binaries for the StrongARM and the MIPS based handhelds on their ftp sites.
