the current plans page has a number of items which are said to be at least in prototype: is there a way to access these prototypes? assuming that they are still part of the plans to move them to dillo?

My understanding for prototype items are:
Throttle rendering: Jorge must've done something at some point, but I don't know what. Graphical plugins framework: Maybe this refers to something from dpi ancient history. Image backgrounds: I think I remember Jorge mentioning trying something quickly a year or two ago, but I never saw the code or anything. Javascript: In addition to the link, I can say that I think...Jeremy? was interested in getting something working, but may have been too busy to do so.
As for a release, I for one have been on vacation of late...
