[Dillo-dev] UI brokenness after resizing from initially-very-small geometry

I was playing with the geometry (in order to see whether anything can be done about the positioning not taking into account window decorations), and I found that starting with 'dillo -g 100x100' has a broken panel after resizing to 'normal' size. ("But why would anyone do that?" True...)
