[Dillo-dev] Scrollable view without scrollbar

Dear Dillo developers, I found a site today (see appendix), which is scrollable in Dillo, i.e. you can press <left> and <right> and the view scrolls left and right, but the view has no horizontal scrollbar. What is also strange here is that the site has no fixed width elements, so the view should not be scrollable. What's happening here?
